Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit glowgathercandles.com or place an order with Glow & Gather (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. Please don’t try to disrupt the site, scrape content at volume, or attempt to access parts of it that aren’t meant for you.

Orders and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorized and you receive our confirmation email.

We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example if the item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. In those cases we’ll refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship most orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your address and package size. Once an order ships we’ll send you a tracking number by email. Delivery times after that are handled by the carrier and aren’t something we can guarantee.

Returns and refunds

Because every candle is hand-poured and fragrance is subjective, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is wrong, email us at hello@glowgathercandles.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right, usually by sending a replacement or refunding you.

We do not accept returns on used candles or on promotional bundles. Discount codes can’t be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Candle safety

Candles are an open flame. Please burn responsibly: trim the wick to a quarter inch before each use, keep the candle away from drafts and flammable materials, never leave a burning candle unattended, and always keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Stop burning when there’s about half an inch of wax left.

Promo codes

Promo codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, can’t be combined with other codes, and may have minimum order thresholds or expiration dates. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

Intellectual property

The Glow & Gather name, logo, photography, product imagery, and all site content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may browse, read, and share links to our pages, but please don’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for anything related to your use of the site or a purchase you made is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
